Our loan officer Tonya Dawson was exceptional. Answered all of our questions and then some, communicated promptly and in detail, and sent us notifications when there was a task to complete. I will recommend her personally to any friend in Lawton looking to buy a home.

Based on her first class service and customer care, I would recommend Veterans United to everyone.
The process was very seamless, just complete what they ask you to do, make sure your debts are lowered and credit score is at least a 630 i believe. Very nice and competent people.
I only give a 7 due to my first loan officer I was assigned was nonexistent. I couldn’t get an answer via phone email or anything. Once we swapped to Beth Fletcher out of Oklahoma we went from 0-10 minutes. But Vetrans United only gets a 7.
Mrs. Tonya and Mrs. Nikki we're amazing during what could have been a very stressful process. They communicated effectively and courteously while performing the duties of their jobs.
