Everybody on my team did a great job! They always answer my questions, promptly and knowledgeably, showed great professional professionalism, and guided me through the home buying process even volunteering information when I didn’t realize what was happening. I only give a 7 due to my first loan officer I was assigned was nonexistent. I couldn’t get an answer via phone email or anything. Once we swapped to Beth Fletcher out of Oklahoma we went from 0-10 minutes. But Vetrans United only gets a 7.
