PUT IT OFF WAY TOO LONG FOR SOMETHING Veterans United made so easy...OH MY GOODNESS,, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I went into this scared and confused. Pretty certain I was shooting for Jupiter. YOU ALL MADE IT SO EASY. I was dealing with other issues in my life at same time, but the part with this loan was simple enough to let me keep going. I lost my mother 10 days before closing but this process kept my mind occupied. NOW I am relaxing in a home to totally love.
Albert B has been a great help with me buying my house. He went out his way to answer my question during after hours and on the weekends. He deserve a big bonus.

The team has been super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and very patient as it was my first time going through the process
Great and easy services, communications were good, but I felt left out on many hard appointments and deadline status updates such as VA appraisal date, the status of the appraisal, the termite/pest inspection date, and some other hard appointments. The concierge service they have was actually nothing more than a bother and a distraction; it seems to be nothing more than an assistant/secretarial position making a call that annoyed me. They knew nothing when they called to do checks, and when asked on statuses, they had no clue. The Loan Coordinator, and the Loan Officer were great, but there could have had more accurate information and updates on progress from the seller tasks, because i and my agent knew nothing about what the seller side was doing or had completed.
My loan team is always friendly and answers any questions I have quickly and in a clear way that I understand.
Working with Greg and Britney is a low stress process. Everything was on time and moved along perfectly. I would recommend strongly.
Web site was very helpful. ToDo lists was helpful to track all necessary required documents.
