What a great company to work with! Austin, our Loan Officer, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us often to keep us informed about the process and what steps we needed to take to enable a timely closing. Jennifer, our Loan Coordinator, helped us gather all of the information and kept is on track throughout the process.
As one can imagine buying a home can be anxiety-inducing but Austin and Jennifer kept us grounded and made sure that the experience was pretty painless, at least from the mortgage perspective. I highly, highly recommend working with them if you have the opportunity!

I commend the extraordinary work of my Loan Officer, Bailey Ganz and Loan Coordinator, Ofelia Clements regarding my VA home loan refinance. This team provided a "standard of excellence" that was truly life changing. My refinance was not a simple file, it involved a difficult title issue. Ms Ganz and MS Clements did not simple "manage" my file; they championed it. They provided exceptional and consistent advocacy, daily supportive communication, and a commitment to my best interest. It was evident at every turn that they were not just closing a loan, but we're dedicated to my best interest as a veteran. I was well informed at every step of the process. Their expertise, professionalism and support gave me every assurance and confidence that choosing Veterans United to refinance my mortgage was the best and right choice and I express much gratitude.
My loan officer, Brandon, lied and didn't do his job correctly, and here I am, over 2 months after my loan closed, cleaning up the sloppy job. I will never do business with this company again, and I will warn anyone I speak to against using this company. Previously, I had suggested you to people, and two of my children have used you to buy homes. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!

My loan team was awesome. They guided me every step of the way to my forever home.
They were great at first but due to the 3 month delay on house issues they didn't respond to a request i made 3 different times. They just kinda forgot about me it seems.
Easiest refinance I have ever done. Scott and his team at veterans united super quick to answer any questions we had. Communication was outstanding my wife and I always new exactly what was going on.
