I had originally called Moya Brown with concerns about a concern with some emails I had received that felt a little sketchy to me. During that call, she asked if I had looked at refinancing my home loan. I hadn't even thought about it. She did some checking, and to my immense pleasure few weeks later I was able to close on the refi with 2.875% change on my loan and a savings of over $200 a month. Her whole team was exemplary and very helpful. Moya didn't have to say anything and let me stay at the interest rate I was at, but she went the extra mile and helped me immensely.

Easy to communicate with. They called with updates, clarity even when I wasn't expecting it! The to-do list was easy and helpful. They either responded right away or shortly after which was very helpful and helpful after the close also which you don't find too often.
Tay Carson made the entire process smooth and fairly effortless. Answered all the questions my wife and I had also he and his team sent us surprise gifts along the way that were greatly appreciated. Overall great experience, have nothing to complain about. Would recommend and will use again in the future.
