Overall, the process was incredibly smooth. The initial process with V.U. started about 9 months ago, and the whole team was understanding of my needs throughout the process. When I had the need for a new realtor, the team was hot on the case to find someone who could help and negotiate on my behalf.They secured me a loan at below current market rate and I feel like I'm getting excellent value from the arrangement.

This is my 5th home and by far the best loan experience I’ve ever had! The team and yes team, make it easy for you as a customer! While ensuring I receive a competitive rate, they were able to assist with competitive insurance and home services. The app and dropbox are both user friendly and efficient. Sounds weird saying it but I’m pleased with my loan experience!
