Beth Fletcher, Nikki Hilliard and the team were so professional, courteous and thoughtful throughout the entire process. My wife Kim and I had Beth work her magic on a home we bought in Elgin when we lived there. We are finally retiring and moving from Oahu Hawaii back to our home state of Texas. We reached out and Beth was able to facilitate our VA loan from her office and worked her magic once again and we’ve closed and so excited to be moving back home. Nikki was also very courteous and very punctual with responding to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Beth Fletcher, Nikki Hilliard and everyone at Veterans United Lawton Oklahoma office for everyone wanting to use their VA loan as they are definitely experts. Overall communication was strained. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Buying a home can be stressful and it didn’t feel like this team cared about me or the process. I felt like an inconvenience to them.

We are very happy with the level of service we received from the beginning! Beth called me the next day after I filled out a form for information on VU mortgages. We stayed with VU through to the end!
