Overall communication was strained. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Buying a home can be stressful and it didn’t feel like this team cared about me or the process. I felt like an inconvenience to them.

We are very happy with the level of service we received from the beginning! Beth called me the next day after I filled out a form for information on VU mortgages. We stayed with VU through to the end!
Originally was only curious about the home buying process — but it quickly evolved into buying one! Who knew it was so easy?!
Not to pleased with Home Office but am very pleased with who they have as agents. Go Beth .
