Tonya Dawson
Loan Officer Tonya Dawson was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration with emphasis in marketing and management from Cameron University. She then started her mortgage career in a mortgage servicing department. Later, she worked for the Lawton Home Builders Association, promoting new construction and local builders. Tonya comes to VUHL from another local bank where she was a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator who specialized in mortgage loans.
In addition to the VA Loan, we can assist with FHA, Conventional and USDA Loans.

She is the best!
Tonya is great and did an overall good job of keeping us informed. As constructive feedback, I recommend a next level of analysis and recommendation to clients. More specifically, instead of simply providing the daily rates for interpretation by the client, perhaps consider providing a recommendation with it (rates are projected to increase or decrease or the Fed is expected to do X which means X). Other than that, working with Tonya was great!
She was absolutely wonderful and I loved working with her!
