Beth was great to work with and I am appreciative for all she did to ensure we were able to purchase our home easily.
Home buying is always very nervewrecking. However this one was a different one. There wasn't a lot of communication about the process and who individuals were. We had multiple people reaching out at different times and if we hadn't asked Ms. Corina who each person was and for what reason, it would of continued to be confusing. It seemed to be a bit difficult to get responses for somethings and it was a very hands off approach. Meaning we were sent documents to sign, and thankfully we were checking email regularly to know we had documents to sign. Otherwise it wasn't really communicated much and they weren't dissused as to what we were signing and why. We went through it all ourselves and had some hiccups with some being off, and closing being changed 3 different times without it communicated. It would be a better experience to have that more direct hands-on to ensure individuals.understand what they're signing and why and the ability to ask questions, etc. An easy teams/zoom meeting can be created for that.
