It seemed that conferences and vacations were more important than we the customer. Had to provide several repeeat documentation and while loan officer was absent on vacation and conferences no one worked on our loan. Closed 12 days late.

I have never met a person as knowable as Jeannette Klien. She answered all of my questions, but more importantly, she answered the phone (or called me back ASAP) whenever I called. Jeanette made calls, on my behalf to everyone in Lawton for me and on my behalf.
