The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!

Overall Veterans United was great, Jackson was super helpful, my wife and I have very busy schedules and Jackson was very accommodating to that and any question we had he always made time to explain it better. I had and I made well over 20 calls to them. They got my closing done in 25 days to beat my husband deployment greatly appreciate the team pulling over time for me thank you it means a lot I hope you all on my team stay very very blessed. There are some issues with VU systems timing out as I try to read the documents. Also the insurance piece was an annoyance. I was still shopping and VU for whatever reason auto closed it and put their own insurance in. In fact I got a text message this morning thanking me for choosing VU insurance. I also got a call yesterday saying I had to sign a statement that I had declined VU insurance. I informed the lady my loan had already closed, but send it to me and I'll sign it. Nothing ever came.

Ellis was really fantastic, in all honesty. This was my first rodeo at home buying and from day 1 he was phenomenal. Whenever l had questions, concerns, worries, needed an explanation, he was always there to assist me.
There were times l actually felt l was maybe being annoying or overwhelming him, but he never gave that impression at all. He made my experience greater than l could have asked for and eased a lot of the stress l was feeling throughout the process. Yeah, Ellis is the man and I’m so happy l got to work with him.
