Need more detailed list of paperwork needed. Example...pest inspection, let people know you need the report for all detached buildings on property as well as the home. Those take time to schedule and having to schedule an additional appointment for a revision takes time.

That makes my decisions thereafter better informed. I did not do this as well with frequent late nights and not enough time away from work and the rest of the life transition going on all in parallel, and possibly suffered from it. Not a fun time for me, but glad for this team.
