It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. the people at VU were great but as soon as I got my approval letter, I was bombarded with calls from companies that wanted me to refinance my (then) current mortgage. Then I realized that VU share's my data with 3rd party companies and that pissed me off.
They really worked well in keeping me informed and helping me with the whole process making them available to show me a house even after I got off work friendly service.

Everyone was amazing and I will definitely recommend veterans united to anyone who ask. My only somewhat issue was the first person I spoke to was Dane and he was great but somewhere along the line I was switched to Jake and he was great but it was kinda confusing especially when you’re getting use to and comfortable talking with someone and then they kind of pass you off to someone.
