Everyone was nice and professional when able to discuss. Even with the closing document hiccups and changes, Ms. Beth did try to figure it out on her day off and Ms. Corina talked to us that day to ensure we were good to go.Thank you for assisting us with this huge life change.

Would be nice to be told in advance before someone makes the decision to commit to get the loan by being informed of all the fees up front.
The fact after I went into a contract knowing a little to nothing of how much I would need for all the services is a huge let down. The word “estimate” is used a lot and honestly I feel like it’s very “lazy” to use that word freely to lock someone into a binding contract. All lenders should definitely explain up front the costs of everything. Yeah, it may scare some of your customers away but in the end with how much the Underwriters scrutinize every details of someone’s personal life you’re bound to lose customers due to their lifestyles, habits, or past history in life from those guys.
I am the kind of guy that doesn’t like my money to be played with or taken advantage of and I am not saying that happened to me. Though at the end of everything, you knew how much everything is going to cost for the most part with the fees and titles going out to everyone, so that information should’ve been told up front because you do this everyday. I express that this definitely should be done especially for first time buyers. Maybe not so much for someone who has been through the process a few times. I was still spending money freely thinking that closing costs were only going to be 3-4 thousand after I put up $2k and the seller put up $4k. I didn’t know that it would come out to be about $19k or more and with whatever wish-wash things occurred I was down to $7k in the end cool but interesting, frustrating, and confusing all at the same time. For someone who is halfway across the world as a “First Time Buyer”trying to purchase a new home, I was lost reading that paperwork, which should be address up front with home much those things will cost. The app is amazing, I will agree to that and was easy to work with 99% of the time. Though, there was one flaw with it. Once you view a “To-Do” and accidentally X out of it, well SOL can’t go back in a review if that To-Do was a look or review on something. Anything requiring signatures, yes, definitely that one is available to go back into and continue or reread anything. Four different occasions I viewed something and read the warm welcome letter from the Team and as scrolled down to view all the documents, the phone/app just zips out and I hit something by accident and bye-bye documents. I get the green check ✅ that all is complete and I have no idea what those documents entailed.Other than those things, Tonya’s team was excellent, amazing and fierce at the hard work they did for me and for that I am super happy with everything in the end! I was a pleasure to work with them and thank you again!
