My experience with Veterans United was genuinely outstanding. Everything was explained clearly from beginning to end, and the team stayed accessible, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even when my plans shifted, they adapted quickly and kept things moving without delays. Buying a home is naturally stressful especially as a first time home buyer, but they made it as smooth and manageable as possible. As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. Being a Veteran I wanted to purchase a home. Not having the best credit score I tried anyway.I had the most wonderful team of financial personnel. Starting with Ms.Britney, who stood with me from being to end. She had a team that's unbelievable. The process was great they gave me a Realtor that'was unbelievable,Mr. David to get my scores where they need to be. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. They all made a normally stressful process seem easy. The to do list kept me on top of the process and in the loop. I went into this with reservations because of my age and they were all very supportive.
