As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. Oh my goodness we did not expect the paperwork process and buying process to go as easy as it did with your team. They were quick to respond and notify us when things were needed additionally and the portal was so easy to use to upload the documentations. They were also very responsive if we had questions or needed more information with where we were at with the process as we went through it and worked so hard to help us get into our new home! We couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying process.
Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me).
