The only complaint I had was with the appraiser during the whole process. I would recommend talking with first time homeowners about how paying closing costs works at least a week before the estimated closing date, especially if they use USAA and need to have a cashier check mailed.

As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process.
