I personally had a great experience. Lots of communication through email, text and phone calls. I always felt in the loop and that the entire team were working hard throughout the entire process to keep me updated and make everything as easy as possible. Always let me know what I needed to get done on my end, let me know what they were doing on there end and always had time to answer any questions that I had.
