To bad this scale only goes to 10 because Adam deserves a 20 at the very least. Every question I had he was able to answer for me and a first te buyer trust me I had a long list of them. He was very prompt in getting us thought the approval phase and once we picked our house closing day came without a worry due to Adam and his team. 100/10 recommended!

We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift.
