I had such an amazing experience! My team guided me the entire way! Tom, Amanda, CJ literally everyone involved. I never felt uneasy during the process even as a first time buyer with minimal knowledge. The consistency and follow ups let me know I had a team that cared about getting me the best rate/ bang for my buck. I would definitely recommend 1000 times over.

I still am in awe of how smooth the process was through VA United. I couldn't have had a better team working with me! I really did not know what to expect and feel as I got blindsided with emotions. The reassurance and constant communication from the beginning eased most of that tension. Once the process started moving along I got more confident in my choice. I was a bit skeptical of some work history, health related related situations on my end that would have impacted negatively - which did not be the case in the end. Having a chance to not only obtain permanent housing for myself, I did with the hardwork accomplished to get there. I hope every Veteran that is serious about owning a home get the chance to do so.
