The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.

Great rates! My closing company said my rate was the lowest they had seen. Very friendly and courteous staff. Although I didn’t really need it, the concierge service is great to offer as well to help with finding local utilities and services. My loan officer Dustin kept me informed and was always available and quick to return calls.
The “To Do” list is easy to use to upload documents.

If you are veteran wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United is the only way to go. I was apprehensive about VA home loans, talked to my loan officer Ginny Young who answered every question I had. Of course every concern I had was unfounded. They also have a concierge team helping every step of the way. I really can’t say enough, we closed Friday and couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor, sit down with a cup of coffee and call them.
