Veteran's United created a first time home buyer's experience that was great! Easy to upload documents, very patient in answering any questions I had and always available by phone or email. ALWYAS friendly when contacted via phone. Easy process with great video prompts for educational knowledge
I started getting confused on who was who. I had 3 people that were my loan agents. Which one was I supposed to talk to. If I asked a question anyone of the 3 would answer but I think it would be better to talk to just one person.
