Jeannette Klein did an incredible job getting my VA Loan processed in a short time frame over Christmas and the New Year's holidays. Without her diligent and timely work we would not have been able to purchase our home.
My Loan Officer kept me informed and requested the proper documents to speed up the process of getting into my new home. A 9 because there were just so many documents I had to provide for the under writer, but it was all worth it.

Too much false info given to us regarding what we needed to do, questions went unanswered, ineptness on your part caused undue stress and closing delay.
