Both of the ladies deserve to be recognized for their exceptional professionalism! Veterans United and Sydney were my first mortgage company and loan officer that made that process easier. When it came to refinance this loan and consolidation of my debts, Veterans United was the first mortgage company that came to mind. I was thankful to have Sydney and her team on board. Even though I was giving up an excellent mortgage rate to do this Sydney was able to help me and my wife to make sense to going this route. We are going to be saving thousands of dollars a year even at the higher mortgage rates. I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.
