I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. There are literally not enough words, or enough ways to praise Ellis, Dene, Cedric, and the other team members who helped get me and my family into our new home. They went through Hell dealing with the Sales Rep that I had to work with. Ellis and his team were the shining light in a process that was made horrible by this one Sales Rep.
