Our team consisted of multiple people including but not limited to Logan Nicole Mike Eric and Veronica. Their teamwork together was impeccable on getting things done. Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.
