Just wanted to post this to say how grateful we were to have Jimmie Draper as our guy to help us through this process. He was always there to answer any questions we had even on days where he shouldn’t have been working. I’m pretty sure we had another person that we’d were suppose to work with after the initial process started but I honestly didn’t want to so I just kept going through Jimmie for everything lol as far as veterans United themselves, great company with great interest rates and wouldn’t have gone with anyone else. Everyone in VU was very helpful, kind and always quick to answer any questions I had.
VU makes it so easy for VA loans and they understand the BAH shifts and nuances that come with a PCS that other lender do not based on previous experiences.
It is hard not to be personal in writing this review, so I won't even try. My entire team was professional, courteous, and compassionate. What can be shown on paper is that their expertise was top-notch and enabled me to get a home in less than 6 weeks. Between the lines and all the documents and sheets of paper, my entire team genuinely cared about me and my situation.
Though I mentioned how significant getting a home would be, I don't think my team will ever understand the depth of what they did for me. I was adrift and alone for so long from one loss after another over the years. Veterans United and my team stepped up, picked me up, and stood beside me and supported me the whole way. VU just didn't help me get a home, they gave me my life back and made me whole again.
