Loving the new house! Great neighborhood. Very helpful throughout the process knowing I was in the process of moving states away!
There was zero guidance on the closing process. As soon as an offer was made all urgency left the team because they knew we would finance with VU. Zero follow up on payment schedules other than pawning our mortgage payment to another company. Avoid VU and save the headache.
