Tonya Dawson was awesome spoke with about 5 other VA companies and they were pushy but veterans united and Tonya and her team were the best. Did what it took to get my Family and I the house of our dreams. Most importantly they were very honest and friendly.

Everything started well. Then either confusion, incorrect directions, or lack of knowledge made simple tasks take longer than needed. Would be asked to give a piece of info in a certain way. Then be told that is not what Fannie Mae wants. Never felt confident during the process.
