He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. You did not honor my 100 disability on taxed exemption. I would have never purchased this house if I knew I was gonna run into this problem.

Property tax exemptions for disabled Veterans are typically handled at the state or county level after closing, and the requirements and timelines can vary depending on location.
